Serves 2.
1 tablespoon oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 bird's eye chilli peppers, chopped
250 g minced chicken or pork
75 g snake beans, thinly sliced
1 handful holy basil leaves
Seasoning:
½ tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Garnish: crunchy vegetables and fried egg.
Heat the oil and stir-fry the garlic, chillies, chicken or pork and beans for about 3 minutes. Add the seasoning and cook for another minute. Add the holy basil. Cook an additional minute.
Pour onto a serving plate, garnish with crunchy vegetables and serve with rice, topped with a fried egg.
