Serves two.
300 g pork cutlet, cut into pieces about 6 cm x 2 cm
Marinade:
1 garlic clove
1 coriander root
1 teaspoon white peppercorns
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
½ tablespoon fish sauce
½ tablespoon light soy sauce
Pound the garlic, coriander root and peppercorns to a smooth paste. Add the rest of the marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate the pork for at least twenty minutes.
Divide the slices into six portions. Assemble each portion on a skewer. Cook on the barbecue or on a pre-oiled grill, on low heat, for about ten minutes.
Serve as is, with a spicy tomato sauce or a sweet chilli sauce.
